Synopsis:

Mitch and Dave have been best friends since childhood, but their lives couldn't be more different. Dave is a successful lawyer juggling the pressures of his demanding career, a marriage, and raising three children. Mitch, meanwhile, enjoys a carefree bachelor lifestyle with few responsibilities and plenty of freedom.

After a night of heavy drinking, the two friends stop at an old fountain to relieve themselves. While joking about how much better the other's life must be, they each wish they could trade places. Unbeknownst to them, the fountain is magical.

The next morning, Mitch and Dave wake up in each other's bodies.

Forced to live each other's lives, they quickly realize that what seemed enviable from the outside comes with its own challenges. Desperate to reverse the switch, they return to the fountain—only to discover it has been removed. Until they can find it, they have no choice but to keep up appearances.

Chaos follows as Mitch struggles to survive a day at Dave's law firm while handling high-stakes legal responsibilities, and Dave is horrified to discover that one of Mitch's acting jobs is a softcore adult film. As they fumble through unfamiliar careers, relationships, and responsibilities, both men do everything they can to avoid destroying each other's lives while searching for a way to switch back.
